Location and Role Full‑time, on‑site role located in Willow Grove, PA as a Sales Account Manager for Data Telecommunications and Security Solutions.
Core Responsibilities
Revenue Growth: Drive $1.5 million in business revenue within the fiscal year through proactive sales strategies.
Prospecting: Make at least 25 cold calls and 50 outbound emails per day to generate new business opportunities.
Networking: Attend twice networking event per month to expand professional connections and identify potential clients.
Client Meetings: Schedule at least eight new meetings per month to present our solutions to prospective clients.
Deal Closure: Secure four new deals per month with an average deal size of $35,000.
Brand Advocacy: Promote the brand on social media, gather positive testimonials and reviews, and increase referral and customer retention rates.
Qualifications
Proficient in Account Management and Customer Satisfaction to foster strong client relationships and ensure successful project outcomes.
Skilled in Customer Service to address client concerns promptly and effectively, delivering exceptional experiences.
Experienced in Lead Generation and Marketing to identify and develop potential business opportunities.
Strong Communication skills to effectively liaise between clients and teams, and convey project details clearly.
Previous experience in data telecommunications, security solutions, or a related field is an advantage.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team‑based environment and meet sales goals.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred but not mandatory.
