Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Communications Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to enhance your skills in communications while contributing to meaningful projects that foster engagement and collaboration within our organization.
Responsibilities
Assist in creating and executing communication plans that align with organizational goals.
Draft, edit, and publish content for various channels, including social media, newsletters, and press releases.
Support the development of engaging presentations and materials for internal and external stakeholders.
Conduct research and gather data to support communication strategies and outreach efforts.
Help manage the company’s social media accounts and monitor social media trends.
Assist in organizing events, workshops, and meetings to enhance communication initiatives.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital communication tools.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and content management systems.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a collaborative environment.
Salary & Benefits
Pay range: $18.00 – $28.00 per hour, depending on experience.
