Sr. Associate, Property Marketing JLL empowers you to shape a brighter way. This role supports the marketing activities for commercial real estate owners' buildings or developable land, with an emphasis on storytelling, attention to detail, and managing multiple projects and priorities. The Property Marketing Sr. Associate will primarily spend their time on the following activities: Serving as the central point of contact for new projects and property marketing requests Managing the workflow and approval process for all assigned marketing tactics Coordinating with internal/external design teams and vendors to ensure project timelines are met Organizing and executing broker engagement events Tracking digital results and managing reporting cadence PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Work with marketers, business partners and 3rd party vendors to gather/curate content and execute marketing tactics including brochure development, email campaigns, social media tiles, websites, direct mail, event concepting and technology Manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal direction to the satisfaction of brokers and their clients Assist with tracking of marketing plans and budgets, including objectives, timelines, marketing elements, costs, metrics, etc. Develop creative briefs to engage with the creative team and partners Support the development of cross-channel strategy/planning for clients Oversee photography, videography and other vendor coordination as needed to support assigned properties Ensure marketing efforts are aligned with JLL best practices Develop and coordinate email campaigns through our digital marketing team Build and maintain internal stakeholder, external vendor and client relationships Present marketing strategies and recommendations to clients Actively and regularly update contact/distribution lists Maintain portfolio of marketing deliverables and share best-in-class creative with network and JLL teams Ideation, planning and execution of broker open houses, including management of outside vendors Offer support with special projects as needed and as time allows EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s Degree or commensurate experience preferred Minimum of 2 years in marketing and/or business development role – a fast-paced work environment preferred KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
