Job Summary Accountable for managing all marketing activities that support the US business, this role develops and implements strategies to promote customer/product programs, corporate awareness and branding. The Marketing Manager will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to achieve sales targets, market‑share goals and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

Responsibilities

Develop and deploy marketing programs to support sales and market‑share targets, including promotional programs and copay assistance.

Create marketing programs focused on influencing decision makers (HCPs and pharmacy buyers) for new‑to‑market or differentiated products and partner with sales to generate product awareness.

Support new‑product launch activities, particularly for institutional (hospital/clinic) products.

Initiate and manage marketing research via outside agencies or advisory panels to evaluate product and marketing opportunities.

Oversee all trade‑show and industry event coordination, including registration, booth setup, and promotional materials.

Produce and manage Apotex customer programs/events (e.g., Apotex Customer Educational Summit).

Partner with the global communications team and external vendors to develop corporate branding and marketing campaigns; manage the Apotex Corp website, social media and trade publication promotions.

Assist in development and management of the marketing department annual budget.

Manage projects, prepare reports, and create presentations as needed.

Operate in accordance with Apotex Code of Conduct, Business Ethics, and regulatory compliance.

Recruit, train, develop, and manage direct reports.

Perform all work in support of Apotex values: Collaboration, Courage, Perseverance and Passion.

Carry out any additional duties as assigned.

Requirements Education

Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree.

Experience

Pharmaceutical industry experience required (hospital/injectable experience preferred).

5‑7+ years of customer and product communications, channel marketing programs, trade‑show management and event planning.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills across all organizational levels.

Experience launching products in the hospital injectable space.

Trade‑show, conference, event planning or project management experience.

Excellent organizational skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.

Ability to build and maintain strong internal and external relationships.

Understanding of market trends, customer needs, financial data and competitive intelligence.

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
