Responsibilities

Enhance brand positioning to drive awareness, differentiation, customer preference, and revenue growth.

Collaborate cross‑functionally to execute omni‑channel brand experiences (print, digital, showrooms).

Develop tools that enable the sales team to exceed revenue targets through greater efficiency and effectiveness.

Design and implement trade marketing plans to grow market share and sales volume.

Create and manage a marketing calendar based on product launches and company initiatives.

Own internal and external communication efforts, including content strategy and distribution.

Develop targeted messaging and collateral to address sales objections across channels.

Write creative briefs and direct agencies to produce effective print/digital materials.

Oversee social media, public relations, and email/digital campaigns.

Compile market, competitor, customer, and product data to drive business results.

Define key metrics and generate regular reports to track effectiveness of all marketing initiatives.

Recruit, develop, and mentor a top‑tier marketing team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.

Guide the marketing team daily, helping them prioritize projects, solve problems, and manage expectations.

Enhance marketing processes to ensure agility and effectiveness.

Serve as a thought leader, influencing key business decisions with marketing insights.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field; MBA is a plus.

7+ years of experience managing a marketing department.

5+ years of experience developing B2B marketing strategies and programs.

Demonstrated success in leading and inspiring high‑performing marketing teams.

Detail‑oriented, with exceptional project management skills to balance multiple priorities.

Proven track record of developing and executing marketing strategies that drive measurable business growth.

Experience with marketing automation, CRM systems (preferably Salesforce.com) and data analytics.

Expertise in Microsoft Office programs, with advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
