Selle Royal Group
Our Selle Royal USA Team is looking for a Marketing Manager responsible for leading all marketing activities in North America (U.S. & Canada) to strengthen brand equity, drive demand, and support revenue growth.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement the North American marketing strategy in alignment with the Group’s global strategy and business objectives.
Work closely with the Group’s Trade Marketing, Brand, and Commercial teams in Italy to ensure consistent brand positioning, messaging, and activation across all markets.
Define annual marketing plans and budgets, establishing clear objectives, KPIs, and timelines for all regional initiatives.
Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, including B2B and email initiatives, product launches, and communications across online, offline, and retail channels.
Manage campaign budgets, monitor performance metrics, oversee content creation, and coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
Lead digital marketing efforts, including website management, e-commerce development, social media strategy, content creation, and performance analysis.
Drive B2B2C trade marketing initiatives, managing POP, merchandising, retail activations, dealer training, and SPARC platform implementation, adapting global assets for the U.S. and Canadian markets.
Align brand and sales efforts to support channel growth, strengthen dealer engagement, and increase customer acquisition.
Manage relationships with agencies and external partners to ensure high-quality creative assets and media plans that support the brand strategy.
Provide market insights, consumer trend analysis, and competitive intelligence to global teams, informing future product and brand strategies.
YOUR SKILLS
Proficiency with digital & marketing tools
Strong knowledge of marketing strategy, brand management, and campaign execution
Knowledge of merchandising and retail dynamics
Skilled in cross-cultural communication, leadership, team and project management, and strategic problem-solving
Strong analytical thinking, negotiation, adaptability, and proactive approach
Passion and knowledge of sport and biking a plus
OUR REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent work experience.
5+ years in marketing roles ideally within the cycling or sporting goods industry.
Willingness to travel.
