[solidcore] We are looking for a Head Coach who is passionate about sharing the [solidcore] brand and workout. Reporting to the Area Manager, the Head Coach is responsible for various tasks that support the Studio’s success and help [solidcore] achieve its mission as the fastest‑growing boutique fitness studio. The Head Coach is expected to role‑model the qualities of an exceptional coach, coach an average of eleven (11) classes per week, deliver a best‑in‑class experience, and set standards for other coaches. Responsibilities
Serve as the studio’s lead coach and maintain a full schedule of 11+ classes per week. Set expectations as an example for new and existing coaches. Deliver a best‑in‑class fitness and customer‑service experience consistent with [solidcore] standards. Meet company utilization and retention expectations on both an individual level and for the studio as a whole. Assist the Area Manager with day‑to‑day studio operations. Lead outreach and marketing efforts as needed to scout new clients and create long‑term partnerships in the community. Provide coach development, giving informal and formal feedback and supporting new coach trainings in‑person. Respond to client requests and resolve concerns promptly and effectively. Maintain product knowledge for all studio retail operations, including class packages, current promotions, and apparel. Execute routine operational tasks such as ordering supplies, conducting inventory, and maintaining sales logs. Ensure the studio and equipment remain impeccable and fully‑functioning at all times. Perform other duties and projects as assigned and required. What We Need From You
This is a permanent, non‑exempt, full‑time position requiring an expected 40 hours per week (including coached classes). Flexible and variable availability, including weekends and holidays, with the ability to accommodate coach training schedules and the fluctuating needs of the business. Ability to lift or carry a minimum of 30 pounds. Proficiency in G‑Suite and MS Office, specifically Excel and Google Sheets. Skills & Experience
