Business Analyst – Designer (Tibco‑EBX‑SQL)
Capgemini is seeking a seasoned Tibco EBX Developer / Business Analyst to join our team in
Dallas, TX

Atlanta, GA . The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in Tibco EBX design and implementation, with a strong background in Master Data Management (MDM) and data integration. This role requires expertise in business analysis, including gathering and translating business and technical requirements, writing Epics, Features, and User Stories, and leading BA teams in Agile environments. Strong communication skills and domain knowledge in retail/convenience store operations are essential to deliver impactful solutions and insights to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Must have Tibco EBX design and implementation experience.
Must be Agile proficient.
Must understand how to facilitate and capture business and technical requirements from stakeholders.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Have led the overall business analyst team in previous roles.
Have some testing background for data validation and Master Data Management.
Knowledge of data integration.
Retail/Convenience store knowledge is strong.
Must know how to write Epics, Features, and User Stories.
Must be able to translate business requirements into technical requirements.
Qualifications
Minimum 5-plus years of experience in senior business analysis roles.
Analyze and document business processes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements.
Develop and maintain project documentation.
Conduct user acceptance testing.
Provide training and support to end users.
