Base pay range: $66,497.00/yr - $83,121.00/yr
Overview Are you an experienced accounting professional passionate about excellence, stewardship, and supporting God’s work across the nations? Our ministry is seeking a Sr. Accountant – Music/Global to advance Kingdom impact through financial integrity, insightful analysis, and support of our global outreach and worship resources.
Position Summary As the Sr. Accountant – Music/Global, you will strengthen the financial health of our Integrity Music division and Global Ministry operations by:
Providing financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic insights for senior leadership.
Overseeing complex accounting for music revenue streams—royalties, publishing, licensing, artist transactions, and more.
Supporting global teams with reporting on international book and music sales, donor‑funded initiatives, and restricted funds.
Ensuring transparent, accurate accounting that reflects biblical stewardship and honors donor intent.
Building efficient processes and financial models that equip leadership to make data‑driven, mission‑centered decisions.
What You’ll Do
Lead accounting for Integrity Music and Global operations (GAAP compliant, ASC 606, IFRS familiarity a plus).
Manage royalty accounting, financial reconciliations, intercompany consolidations, and foreign currency adjustments.
Support donor‑related financial reporting and stewardship of restricted funds.
Prepare financial statements, dashboards, and leadership insights for budgeting and forecasting.
Partner with cross‑functional teams and auditors to maintain financial excellence and transparency.
Drive process improvement and efficiency across accounting and reporting workflow.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
4–7 years of progressive accounting experience.
Experience with royalty accounting, nonprofit fund accounting, or music industry finance (highly preferred).
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; NetSuite and QlikSense a plus.
Deep understanding of GAAP, revenue recognition (ASC 606), reconciliation, and analysis.
A high level of integrity, discretion, and professional judgment.
