About This Role Deep expertise in design, creation, management, and business use of large datasets across a variety of data platforms is required. Excellent business and interpersonal skills to work with business owners to understand data requirements and build Power BI Dashboards are essential. A passion for working with huge data sets and bringing datasets together to answer business questions and drive growth is a must. What You Will Do Design and develop interactive Power BI dashboards that deliver actionable insights across supply chain functions (procurement, logistics, inventory, demand planning, etc.). Apply UI/UX design principles to create visually engaging, intuitive, and user‑friendly reporting experiences. Collaborate with business and data teams to translate requirements into impactful data stories and visual narratives. Simplify complex data into clear visuals, infographics, and executive summaries for diverse audiences. Ensure dashboards maintain high performance, data accuracy, and quick refresh times. Continuously improve report usability through user feedback and iteration. Build and maintain documentation and design standards for Power BI visuals and dashboards. Partner with data engineers or analysts to ensure data models and pipelines support business needs efficiently. Who Are You Currently enrolled and pursuing a degree at an accredited school. Completed 30 semester hours before the internship starts and have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.75. Co‑ops are not enrolled in academic courses during their rotation and may work up to 40 hours per week. Ability to deliver quickly while maintaining quality and consistency. 2 years of experience in Power BI development and dashboard design. Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, data visualization best practices, and storytelling techniques. Strong experience with Power Tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, etc.). Excellent skills in visual hierarchy, color theory, layout design, and data interpretation. Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights. Experience managing multiple projects/tasks simultaneously. Strong written, oral communication and presentation skills. Effectively communicates with both business and technical teams. Able to work with Microsoft laptops, products and services. Proficient with SQL queries to retrieve and analyze data. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience working in a Supply Chain setting.
