The Role As a Product Designer focused on our Revi Partner Ecosystem, you will lead the end‑to‑end design process—from research to high‑fidelity prototypes—of all new and existing features, enhancements, and products.
What You’ll Do ♂️
Own the entire design process: concept exploration, storyboards, wireframes, prototypes, detailed specs, and polished visual design via Figma.
Collaborate with product leadership, design, GTM, engineering, and executive staff on the current queue of active product designs.
Contribute to strategic decisions with partners, stakeholders, and executives on the future direction of Revi Partner Products.
Stay current with the latest trends and best practices in product design and UX.
Design end‑to‑end flows and experiences for hardware and software environments that are simple, personalized, rewarding, and connected to our business end users.
Proactively collaborate with engineering, product, and customer success teams to solicit and provide feedback to raise our design bar for speed, quality, and consistency.
Participate and influence high‑level product designs, status updates, prioritizations, strategies, and roadmaps with product leadership, design, and engineering teams.
Implement, refine, and evangelize a design process to take defined product requirements into finalized prototypes and advocate for the overall approach.
Spearhead and elevate the overall design direction and partner with cross‑functional teams to understand the go‑forward vision and direction.
Own the research and analysis process through partner interviews and surveys.
What We Expect You’ll Bring to the Role
Minimum 5+ years of designing, building, and shipping B2B software and hardware applications with end‑to‑end experience.
Minimum 5+ years of leading product design direction and design thinking, driving goals, identifying opportunities, and making impactful design decisions.
5+ years of expert‑level experience with Figma (Adobe XD or similar) and Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
5+ years producing extensive visual and interactive concepts across multiple platforms.
Minimum 5+ years experience with A/B testing and using data to inform design strategies.
Expert visual design skills—typography, UI, color, layout, iconography—capable of creating from scratch and presenting to executives.
Experience advising junior designers and stakeholders on best practices.
Expert storytelling skills to articulate a clear, compelling, and coherent design strategy.
Self‑starter who is hungry, focused, and accountable for meeting critical project deadlines.
Master collaborator in written and verbal communication across business and technical stakeholders.
Ownership of a comprehensive design portfolio showcasing B2B accomplishments.
Additional distinguishing qualities:
Passion for small businesses, food, and/or technology.
Interest in revolutionizing the physical and digital purchasing experience.
Background in B2B small‑business software applications.
Design‑focused approaches and strategies.
Hardware experience.
Ideal candidates are:
Understand the importance of building brand guidelines and are willing to stretch those boundaries.
