Principal Product Marketing Manager - OCI Technology Partners
Join Oracle as a Principal Product/Partner Marketing Manager (IC4) and drive co‑marketing initiatives that deepen relationships with leading technology partners. In this role you will lead joint go‑to‑market strategies, manage complex partnerships, develop successful marketing campaigns, and spearhead joint business growth initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
Partner Relationship Management – act as the primary marketing contact for technology partners to cultivate trust‑based relationships and drive mutual business success.
Go‑to‑Market Strategy – develop, execute, and optimize joint GTM plans for product launches, events, demand generation, and cross‑promotional opportunities.
Marketing Campaigns – lead integrated campaigns, including digital, events, and content, to amplify joint value propositions and customer engagement.
MDF & Budget Strategy – oversee marketing development fund allocation, budget management, program proposals, and ROI tracking in collaboration with partners.
Escalation & Issue Management – serve as escalation point for partnership challenges, resolving issues while advocating for Oracle’s interests.
Performance Measurement – track and report the impact of GTM campaigns and partner marketing activities, leveraging insights for continual improvement.
Internal Alignment & Enablement – collaborate with Oracle Sales, Product, and technical teams to ensure strategy and execution alignment.
Required qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
7+ years in partner marketing, product management, or product marketing in a technology environment.
Proven ability to manage complex partnerships and coordinate cross‑functional teams.
Strong understanding of technology ecosystem and trends, particularly cloud, hardware (GPU/CPU), and AI/ML.
Demonstrated experience building and executing multi‑channel marketing campaigns.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with MDF planning, reporting, and ROI analysis.
Highly motivated self‑starter with a collaborative, results‑driven approach.
Preferred qualifications:
Direct experience working with partners and technology vendors.
Familiarity with Oracle’s cloud, hardware, and software portfolio.
Success in developing thought leadership and content for technical solutions.
Career Level: IC4.
Location: This role requires onsite presence in Nashville‑TN (priority), Austin‑TX, or Seattle‑WA. Relocation assistance is provided. (This is not a remote position.) Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
Salary range: US – $97,500 – $199,500 per year, plus potential bonus and equity.
