Overview The Media Planning Supervisor will focus on servicing clients in the creation, execution, and monitoring of media plans to secure the best investment options across a variety of mediums, maximizing clients’ reach to targeted consumers.

The ideal candidate for this position is a thoughtful decision-maker and team player who loves data and has proven ability to assist with strategic planning initiatives including deck writing, budget and channel allocation, and audience development. This is an energetic, collaborative team that partners with an analytics-driven client to provide guidance as they continue to grow and evolve their brand.

Responsibilities

Manage planning initiatives and collaborate with various teams to execute plans across digital, TV, audio, social, programmatic, and more.

Own tactical plan development, recommendation building, and negotiations across respective channels.

Collaborate with key partners, including clients, internal teams, and leadership.

Lead strategic planning initiatives such as deck writing, budget and channel allocation, and audience development.

Analyze data to inform purchase and channel allocation.

Develop guidelines and budget allocations.

Oversee day‑to‑day campaign execution and ensure campaigns deliver on KPIs.

Support the development of strategic approach and experience design by delivering channel ideas and linking historical performance to in‑market opportunities.

Manage and develop Associates and Senior Associates.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred, preferably in marketing, advertising, communications, business, sociology, or consumer insights.

3+ years of experience in media planning across multiple channels.

Strong digital media experience preferred.

Resourceful, curious, and motivated individual with the ability to work independently and in a team setting.

Strong organizational, communication, and time‑management skills.

Detail‑oriented with the ability to multi‑task and manage priorities and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Experience working within media systems/platforms such as Kantar, MOAT, Prism, ComScore, etc.

Compensation Compensation Range: $79,990 – $114,975. The Company will determine compensation based on the applicant’s skills, qualifications, and experience at the time of application. Temporary roles may qualify for medical coverage and 401(k) participation once eligibility criteria are met. The application deadline for this posting is 1/16/26.
