Are you a highly organized, detail-oriented marketing professional ready to support our brand presence at industry events and fuel our digital growth?

Blink Anesthesia is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to serve as the project manager for all trade show activities and provide hands‑on support for our digital campaigns.

Team:

You will report to the Marketing Manager and work closely with our Sales and Clinical teams to ensure consistent messaging and successful lead capture.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate logistics for industry tradeshows and events, including booth materials, shipments, and registrations.

Manage pre- and post-event workflows, including promotional emails, attendee follow-ups, and lead processing.

Assist with the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, social, digital, and sales enablement channels.

Maintain marketing calendars, timelines, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution.

Track campaign performance and event metrics, reporting insights to the marketing team.

Qualifications

1–3+ years of marketing experience

Intellectual curiosity and the ability to quickly grasp and articulate complex clinical and technical concepts.

Proven experience successfully managing complex logistics and multiple projects simultaneously.

Exceptional organizational skills and high attention to detail.

Experience supporting events or tradeshows is a plus.

Familiarity with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, or similar) is a plus.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Science, or related field.

Our flagship product, the TwitchView® Train of Four Monitor, is a quantitative neuromuscular monitor that helps anesthetists eliminate residual paralysis and allows hospitals to align with current ASA guidelines recommending quantitative monitoring for all patients receiving neuromuscular blocking agents.

Compensation The successful candidate’s starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job‑related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.

$60,000–$80,000 USD
