Role Overview Lead the
visual direction
of WorkPlay’s social presence.
Create aesthetic‑first
graphics, reels, short‑form edits, and organic content
across platforms.
Do photo selection + editing to uphold WorkPlay’s modern‑luxury standard.
Build and maintain
content calendars, asset libraries, and social systems .
Attend shoots, events, and brand activations to capture organic BTS, direct talent, create on‑the‑spot content, identify aesthetic moments in real time, and bring founder‑led vision to life with speed, precision, and autonomy.
Stay immersed in the lifestyle, beauty, branding, and creator industries to keep WorkPlay ahead.
Qualifications Strong portfolio demonstrating
sophisticated aesthetic taste
(non‑negotiable).
Proficient in
graphic design (Canva/Adobe/Figma) ,
CapCut + video editing , organic content creation for IG + TikTok,
photo editing + color correction .
Extroverted, charismatic communicator who can direct people confidently.
Highly organized and systems‑driven.
Ability to manage multi‑step projects independently with minimal oversight.
Compensation & Structure $20/hour
20 hours/week
