Add Some Zest, Sales Recruitment This global SaaS company is looking to grow its Denver office with a key marketing hire. This Senior Growth Marketing Manager will work closely with the CRO to manage the existing marketing function and take the business to new heights!

They sell a job management and inspection software. Having launched in Australia and dominated over 50% of the market share there, they have since expanded into the UK and now the US.

They’re a fast-growing, fun business, who are looking for an experienced, creative & fun marketer to drive demand generation, inbound leads and brand awareness. They have an existing, small marketing team, so this role will be a mixture of leadership as well as being incredibly hands on to drive results.

The Role

Content: Create high-quality content and position the business as a provocative though leader for the industry, customers as our biggest advocates.

Demand generation: Reach 10k+ North American companies – adept at LinkedIn and email marketing.

Nurturing: Build nurture journeys for prospective customers using HubSpot.

Events: Coordinate for events.

Website optimisation & SEO: Work with an agency to ensure ranking highly.

Paid: SEM & LinkedIn channels.

Brand: Get our website slick and ensure communications are consistent and high quality.

Who Are You

3-5+ years experience in B2B marketing, ideally for a high-growth SaaS scale-up.

Bring receipts! Provide examples of content you’ve worked on and impact.

Proactive and creative.

Invest in your personal brand – be comfortable putting yourself out there.

Someone who is on it – you get things done.

Results-focused and data driven.

Can work effectively with the CRO and sales team.
