Intuit’s Consumer Group’s CRM team is looking for an experienced engagement marketing leader managing email marketing in support of the TurboTax business. The Senior Manager and People Leader, CRM Marketing will be responsible for running campaigns essential to achieving the organization’s retention goals and delivering personalized experiences to our customer base.

You are an expert email marketer who can combine technology and creative marketing to make transformative ideas come to life. You manage and develop a high performing team, creating campaigns that inspire and educate our customers throughout the tax season lifecycle while sharing our message of powering prosperity.

Responsibilities

Own and manage the TurboTax email program dedicated to driving transactions in product during tax season, delivering flawless execution on a complex program on one of the largest installed bases in the U.S., and spearheading innovation around personalization.

Lead the effort to deliver superlative campaigns to customers, ensuring compelling story‑telling, relevant content, and best‑in‑class creative are present throughout our communications.

Implement truly 1:1 campaigns to our various customer bases through personalized messaging, offers, content, and more.

Lead a team of 3‑4 marketers, developing an efficient CRM marketing team. Effectively manage the team with responsibilities including project prioritization, campaign planning and development, process improvement, and workload management.

Help define channel contact strategy, maintain calendars, and set governance protocols.

Articulate complex campaign requirements, closely partnering with CRM data and operations teams to ensure proper implementation. Understand the technical side of email operations from data flow to ESP setup and dynamic content execution.

Partner with strategy partners to devise, implement, and measure complex test plans.

Report on channel performance, partner with Analytics as needed, and share actionable insights at leadership and business stakeholder levels. Understand key campaign, channel, and customer‑level metrics and use CRM data to drive performance.

Qualifications

6–10 years managing an elaborate email marketing program for a Fortune 500 company.

Impeccable knowledge of email marketing best practices, especially around creative and storytelling.

Passion for creative, copy, and campaign development and deep experience working with creative teams.

Strong understanding of the data undergirding CRM programs and enabling campaign orchestration and personalization.

Superior organizational, project management, and communication skills—this role requires hands‑on management of campaign deployments, often under tight deadlines and high pressure.

Experience with enterprise‑level marketing cloud solutions and CRM tech stack.

Strong analytical and data manipulation skills that yield meaningful insights and drive performance.

This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs. Pay offered is based on factors such as job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. To drive ongoing fair pay for employees, Intuit conducts regular comparisons across categories of ethnicity and gender. The expected base pay range for this position is:

Southern California: $159,000–215,500 Bay Area: $171,500–231,500 New York: $154,000–208,500
