Manager, Talent & Culture Communications

Overview:
KPMG provides audit, tax, and advisory services and strives for an inclusive environment. As a Manager in Talent & Culture Communications, you will plan, execute, and align communications to support our talent strategy across the organization.
Responsibilities
Plan and drive elements of KPMG's HR and talent strategy, including performance development, talent development, total rewards, recognition, work/life effectiveness, organizational culture, and employee engagement.
Understand and effectively communicate complex and technical HR and talent‑related processes and programs.
Create engaging content for newsletters, emails, talking points, social media, website, etc.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather information and craft compelling stories.
Provide guidance to internal Talent & Culture stakeholders on communication best practices.
Manage and maintain communication channels to ensure timely and accurate information delivery.
Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold a respectful workplace.
Qualifications
Minimum seven years of progressive communications/editorial experience in a large internal corporate environment (professional services firm or HR communications preferred).
Bachelor’s degree or seven years of equivalent experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong storytelling and content creation.
Proficiency in communication tools and platforms; familiarity with social media management and analytics.
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment, manage multiple projects, and maintain strong attention to detail.
Authorized to work in the U.S. without needing future visa sponsorship (KPMG does not sponsor for H‑1B, etc.).
