HomeTown Services is currently looking for a dedicated, qualified individual to join our Marketing Department as a Regional Marketing Manager. This role will support the Chief Marketing Officer, and other senior leaders, to develop and execute marketing strategy and lead generating initiatives. Ideal candidates for this role will have previously been responsible for direct to customer lead generation projects, while also analyzing the data to adjust accordingly.
Major Duties
Act as the primary marketing account lead for assigned locations, ensuring strong relationships with General Managers and field leadership.
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to each location’s goals, budgets, and target audiences.
Partner with agency teams and internal stakeholders to plan and manage integrated campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
Communicate marketing performance to field locations. Including SEO, SEM, paid media, email, social, lead generation, and ROI.
Manage offline marketing tactics including direct mail, print advertising, and local sponsorships.
Collaborate closely with call center operations to ensure promotions and messaging are aligned and leveraged for outbound activity.
Partner with creative teams to develop engaging, brand-aligned content across web, email, social, and print.
Establish and manage marketing budgets at the location level, balancing cost efficiency with growth goals.
Build trusted relationships with General Managers, serving as their marketing consultant and advocate.
Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, making data-driven optimizations in real time.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field.
At least 2 years’ experience in an agency, account management, or multi-location role.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, and stakeholders across diverse markets.
Experience in
residential B2C consumer marketing ; HVAC or plumbing industry background strongly preferred.
Deep knowledge of
both digital and traditional marketing channels , including SEO, SEM, paid media, direct mail, and print.
Exceptional
account management skills , with the ability to balance client satisfaction and performance outcomes.
Proficiency with marketing platforms and analytics tools; experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms preferred.
