Amazónico Miami is seeking an experienced and detail-driven
Marketing & Social Media Manager
to lead high-impact marketing initiatives across our multi-level venue—restaurant, lounge, rooftop, and club. This on-site, office-based role requires a minimum of 4 years’ hospitality marketing experience, ideally within luxury or high-end brands, and a strong understanding of Miami’s dining and nightlife landscape.
Reporting to the Marketing Director, this position will oversee the seamless execution of integrated campaigns, brand positioning, and content strategies, blending creative vision with operational excellence. You will manage day-to-day marketing activities, including localised social media management, content planning and creation, and community engagement.
The ideal candidate will be creative, proactive, self-motivated and has a proven track record with hospitality or luxury lifestyle brands
Local Marketing Strategy + Execution
Develop and implement the local marketing plan for all Amazonico Miami, aligned with global brand objectives and local business needs
Act as the main liaison between local operations teams and the global marketing function, ensuring clear communication and alignment on priorities
Support the delivery of brand campaigns, partnerships, and activations across the region, ensuring quality and consistency
Digital, Social Media & Content
Manage all social channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.) with a focus on high-quality, consistent output and strong community management.
Develop and oversee a clear content plan for all platforms, creating assets (graphics, stories and UCG reels) for final approval (suitable for both TT and IG)
Drive audience engagement by interacting with followers and key influencers while maintaining brand tone and visibility.
Track and report on performance weekly, using engagement metrics to refine strategy.
Manage email marketing including campaign setup, A/B testing, segmentation, and performance analysis
Uphold brand voice across all channels and manage escalation or crisis communications when necessary.
Monitor industry and cultural trends (hospitality, nightlife, luxury dining, Miami scene) to guide marketing decisions.
Manage ongoing website updates, third parties and wider digital platforms updates where necessary
Brand Management
Champion the Amazonico brand in the US, ensuring every market reflects the brand’s DNA and premium positioning
Identify and share regional trends, opportunities, and competitor insights with the global team to inform strategy
Work together with the wider marketing and operational teams to align content, campaigns, and influencer activity with overall marketing goals
Partner with restaurant General Managers and local Operations teams to identify commercial priorities and support them with targeted marketing initiatives
Partnerships, PR + Events
Identify and manage regional brand collaborations, partnerships, and sponsorships that align with Amazonico’s values and audience
Coordinate with regional PR agency and media partners to drive impactful coverage and brand visibility
Oversee key events and brand activations, ensuring excellence in execution and ROI tracking
Performance + Reporting
Monitor and analyse the performance of regional marketing activities, providing regular reports and insights and track and manage marketing budgets for each market effectively
Skills + Experience Required
Minimum 4 years' experience in marketing within hospitality, F&B, or luxury lifestyle brands
Strong understanding of premium and lifestyle brand positioning and customer engagement
Proven experience developing and executing local marketing strategies
Excellent project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple markets simultaneously
Confident communicator and relationship-builder across diverse teams and cultures
Experience working across the Miami market; knowledge of local markets and media landscapes
