Position ABM Strategist – Global Marketing Team (Full‑time)

Responsibilities

Develop and enhance key account–based marketing (ABM) plans that focus on specific account objectives, continuously improving the ABM framework.

Support and liaise with field marketing teams to execute ABM strategies for selected accounts in their regions, providing expertise and ensuring alignment with regional goals.

Take lead on central execution for major global accounts, collaborating with key account holders and keeping internal teams updated.

Work with Product and Industry Marketing to review industry insights, persona messaging, and content collateral that support ABM initiatives.

Drive ABM demand‑generation goals that contribute to global business growth.

Assist in building an annual demand‑generation plan and deliver ABM programs that strengthen IFS’s brand reputation and create profitable revenue.

Design and implement innovative engagement activities that reinforce IFS’s positioning and sector expertise.

Measure, analyze and report on ABM effectiveness using metrics such as marketing‑influenced revenue, qualified sales leads, and campaign performance. Share dashboards and insights with stakeholders to optimize campaigns.

Qualifications Essential

5+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in the software industry.

3+ years of demonstrable ABM experience and application.

Proven demand‑generation and ABM execution experience with large enterprise accounts.

Strong understanding of online marketing platforms for prospect acquisition, nurturing, and acceleration.

Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Engineering, or a related business field (or equivalent experience).

Desirable

Experience in a similar role within a software technology organization.

Experience working in a global, virtual environment.

Salary Range: $80,000–$98,000 plus bonus potential.
