We’re supporting a growing retail/e-commerce brand in Houston that’s looking for a versatile
Creative Production Specialist
to join their team on a W2 contract. This role blends video editing, social content production, asset management, and creative studio support. You’ll work closely with the Creative, Marketing, and Studio Ops teams to keep content moving quickly and consistently across all channels. This is a hybrid position.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain the digital asset management (DAM) system and Figma workspace.
Ensure all creative and marketing assets are properly organized, version‑controlled, and tagged.
Maintain templates, file structures, and component libraries for brand consistency.
Cut and edit UGC, influencer content, and studio footage for TikTok, Instagram, reels, and homepage modules.
Execute motion graphics or simple animations as needed.
Prep final assets for digital publishing.
Produce daily short‑form content and reels aligned with current TikTok/IG trends.
Repurpose and slice existing footage into platform‑specific formats.
Support influencer and UGC content needs.
Assist Studio Ops with still‑life photography, basic retouching, and file prep.
Prepare final digital and print‑ready files for handoff to cross‑functional teams.
Resize assets, adapt layouts, and maintain consistency across digital channels.
Update and manage digital component libraries and design systems.
Leverage AI tools to speed up editing, asset prep, and creative production workflows.
Identify new tools or techniques to increase efficiency.
What You Bring
2–4 years of experience in creative production, content creation, or studio coordination within a retail, fashion, or e‑commerce brand.
Strong editing skills with Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and Photoshop.
Experience with UGC, influencer content, TikTok, reels, and other short‑form video formats.
Solid understanding of Figma, DAM systems, file organization, and asset tagging.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and an ability to juggle multiple fast‑moving projects.
Comfortable working in a quick‑turn environment where trends and priorities shift daily.
Strong communicator who collaborates well with creative and marketing partners.
A proactive, self‑starter mindset with a passion for clean, consistent, brand‑aligned content.
