Licensed Architect or in pursuit of licensure (within the next 6 - 12 months)
Design bespoke homes. Shape the future of luxury living.
We’re hiring on behalf of our client for an opportunity to bring your architectural expertise into a forward-thinking environment where creativity, precision, and technology converge to craft truly exceptional residences.
Our client is delivering bespoke homes by combining technical and artisanal design. The result: bespoke luxury homes built with unmatched quality, accuracy, and beauty.
The Role:
As the Architect, you’ll lead the design and development of high‑end residential properties. This is a hands‑on, creative role for an architect who values craftsmanship, autonomy, and design innovation, and who takes pride in translating ideas into timeless, built environments.
You’ll support the Principal in developing design concepts while independently managing projects from early ideation through construction. Precision matters here; every detail, drawing, and decision contributes to the integrity and artistry of each home.
What You’ll Do
Lead the Design Process – Shape bespoke residential designs from concept through completion, ensuring each project reflects elegance, innovation, and livability.
Develop Detailed Drawings – Create and oversee precise architectural drawings, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and compliance with building codes.
Collaborate Across Teams – Partner with leadership, consultants, and contractors to uphold design intent and achieve seamless project delivery.
Support Idea Development – Work closely with the Principal to evolve design concepts into thoughtful, buildable solutions.
Oversee Project Execution – Manage documentation, schedules, and construction administration with rigor and care.
Uphold Quality & Craftsmanship – Maintain exceptional attention to detail and design integrity at every phase of the process.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
Licensed Architect or in pursuit of licensure (within the next 6 - 12 months)
5+ years of experience in residential architecture, with a strong portfolio of bespoke or high‑end homes
Proven ability to develop and produce error‑free architectural drawings
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, or similar design/documentation software
Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
Self‑motivated, hard‑working, and able to work autonomously while contributing within a team
