Senior (Sr) Designer At CESO, a Senior Designer is responsible for proficient knowledge of design, drafting techniques, architectural & engineering drawing sets, computer-aided design, modeling, and graphics. You will lead design and documentation for complete architectural building projects, coordinate complex civil, structural, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical engineering systems, and mentor junior designers.

Primary Responsibilities

Use independent judgement to create and lead the production of detailed scaled plans and supporting documentation based on preliminary concepts and client guidelines.

Create and lead detailed 2D and 3D construction drawings using CAD and/or BIM software.

Review projects to implement constructability and code requirements as required by authorities.

Coordinate the building construction project with sub‑consultants and provide feedback on drawing standards.

Assist Team Leads/Project Managers in quality assurance reviews and redline mark‑ups.

Self‑check redlines, highlight completed work, print and review before returning to team leads.

Prioritize and execute tasks in a high‑pressure environment to meet deadlines.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related fields.

Minimum 6 years of related experience.

Registered Architect (RA) licensure preferred.

Computer skills to enter daily timesheet data and use Outlook for email.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam Revu, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.

Ability to travel.

CESO Compensation Transparency The pay band reflects the minimum and maximum base salary for this position. Actual pay is determined by location, experience, education, skills, and internal equity. Pay structures are benchmarked against industry data. Each offer is based on a full review of a candidate’s background, qualifications, and fit.

Typical new hire pay ranges:

Rogers, AR: $65,783 - $79,773
