The
Marketing Communications & Demand Generation Director
leads a multi-function Marketing team for Kinetico’s North America business including Demand Marketing, Graphic Design, and Communications/Events. The role leads the design and execution of Kinetico’s go-to-market strategies ensuring messaging consistency, brand differentiation, customer engagement, lead generation and measurable pipeline growth.
Key Responsibilities
Leads and develops a multi-function Marketing team including Demand Marketing, Graphic Design, and Communications/events, including performance management and hiring decisions.
Develops a strategic vision for integrated demand generation and oversees execution of the Annual Operating Plan, leveraging digital marketing, communications, and event strategies to generate qualified leads and deliver measurable ROI.
Partners with Segment Managers and Sales Leadership to shape and execute annual operating plans, including the development of strategic playbooks, sales enablement tools, and customer-facing collateral that drive business growth.
Identifies emerging trends, technologies, and execution practices within marketing to implement strategic opportunities and proactively address potential challenges.
Manages team budget and invoicing processes, monitors and reports on budget variances, and provides clear financial updates during business review meetings.
Designs and implements key performance metrics to evaluate segment marketing programs. Delivers standardized reporting and actionable insights, facilitates regular progress reviews with marketing and segment teams, and presents updates on high-priority initiatives during business review meetings.
Oversees and maintains the marketing activity calendar, ensuring the successful planning and execution of all events, trade shows, and strategic meetings.
Leads brand compliance efforts across all marketing materials, including copy, visual assets, and content development. Ensures adherence to global brand guidelines and strategy and collaborates with the global brand team as needed to maintain consistency and alignment.
Oversees digital property management (owned and earned) strategies including online campaigns, websites and social media.

What You Will Need To Succeed
Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field
Required: 8-10+ years of related Marketing experience including progressive management experience
Preference: Master’s / Advanced Degree
Prior success leading marketing communication and general marketing initiatives
Strong leadership and management skills
Strong written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong planning, prioritization, and project management skills
