RESPONSIBILITIES
Kforce has a client in Phoenix, AZ that is seeking a Marketing Data Science Manager who can bridge the gap between data modeling and business impact. This role will focus on leveraging data science models and analytical frameworks to generate actionable marketing insights, optimize campaign performance, and guide strategic decisions. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical and technical skills with business acumen and communication ability to translate data into meaningful narratives for stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Build and deploy predictive/statistical models (attribution, MMM, churn, LTV, segmentation)
Translate results into actionable insights and present to senior stakeholders
Develop scalable analytics pipelines; operationalize insights for targeting and spend optimization
Maintain models, monitor performance, and iterate improvements
Support MMM app development and deployment using AWS tools
Handle ad-hoc data requests, dashboards, and internal training
Lead projects, manage timelines, and ensure alignment with business goals
Design experiments, measure ROI, and inform marketing strategy
Translate complex analytics into clear insights for non-technical stakeholders
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (media, creative, product, finance)

REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Operation Research, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Marketing Analytics, etc.
10 years of experience in analyzing complex data and models, derive and deliver actionable insights to provide data driven marketing strategy to stakeholders; strong ability to translate model outputs into business insights and marketing recommendations
10 years of experience in machine learning, marketing analytics, statistical modeling, and marketing mix modeling
10 years of experience applying statistical techniques (regression, time series, predictive modeling, optimization)
7 years of experience in statistical software such as SQL, R, Python, PBI for data wrangling and modeling
5 years of experience in marketing research methodologies and tools
5 years of experience with AWS Sagemaker and Lambda functions; Terraform experience will be preferred
Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
Deep understanding of marketing concepts, channels, and campaign strategies
Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in marketing analytics
Ability to align analytics with business objectives and drive growth
Expertise in ML/statistical model development, simulation, optimization, and AWS deployment
Proficient in SQL, Python, R; advanced in AWS (Sagemaker, EC2, S3), Terraform, Bitbucket
Strong in visualization tools (Power BI, Excel, Streamlit)
Experience with MMM, optimizer applications a plus
Preferred Experience
AI and multi‑touch attribution modeling
Familiarity with ad platforms (Google Ads, DV360)
A/B testing and experimentation frameworks
Compensation & Benefits The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range.
Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
Additional Information Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce’s sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
