Interior Designer – Kitchen & Bath (Full-time)

Salary $80,000–$100,000 (commensurate with experience)
Job Description We are seeking an experienced interior designer with exceptional CAD proficiency and strong project‑management skills to design and deliver high‑end kitchens and baths from concept through installation. The role requires the ability to work independently, lead multiple projects simultaneously, and confidently produce accurate technical documentation while collaborating with senior designers, vendors, and contractors.
Key Responsibilities
Lead assigned kitchen and bath design projects from concept to installation.
Develop and present complete design proposals, including mood boards, renderings, and detailed specifications.
Produce highly accurate technical drawings, elevations, and construction‑ready documentation using advanced CAD skills, SketchUp, etc.
Select and source appliances, plumbing fixtures, hardware, and finishes that meet design intent and client needs.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and procurement processes with precision.
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, contractors, and vendors.
Supervise junior team members on delegated project tasks.
Conduct site visits and final walkthroughs to ensure quality control and design accuracy.
Job Requirements
8–10 years of professional kitchen and bath design experience in residential projects.
Exceptional-level proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and related design software with the ability to generate comprehensive, precise technical drawings.
Solid understanding of cabinetry detailing, construction methods, plumbing, and electrical coordination.
NKBA certification or progress toward certification preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
Excellent client communication and presentation skills.
