Responsibilities
Plan and drive elements of KPMG’s HR and talent strategy, including but not limited to performance development, talent development, total rewards (including compensation and benefits), recognition, work/life effectiveness, organizational culture, and employee engagement and retention
Work to understand and effectively communicate complex and technical HR and talent‑related processes and programs
Create engaging content for various communication channels, including newsletters, emails, talking points, social media and website
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather information and create compelling stories and messages
Provide guidance and support to internal Talent and Culture stakeholders on communication best practices
Manage and maintain communication channels, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of information
Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold the firm’s respectful and courteous work environment
Qualifications
Minimum seven years of recent progressive communications and/or editorial experience within a large internal corporate communications environment; professional services firm and/or HR communications experience a plus
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or seven years of equivalent work experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong storytelling and content creation abilities
Proficiency in using various communication tools and platforms
Familiarity with social media management and analytics
Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously; strong attention to detail and organizational skills
