Responsibilities Office & Administration

Manage office and warehouse facilities, including maintenance requests, vendor coordination, and safety inspections.

Handle procurement of supplies, equipment, and services; support invoice and expense processing.

Maintain administrative documents, contracts, and records; ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.

Travel & Events

Coordinate business travel arrangements, including airfare, lodging, and transportation.

Support planning and execution of company events, meetings, and on‑site activities.

Employee Support

Assist with new hire onboarding, including workspace setup and welcome materials.

Support employee welfare programs (meals, vehicles, insurance, and related services).

Marketing Support

Assist in creating content for social media, the company website, newsletters, and internal communications.

Support coordination of marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

Maintain basic marketing materials, including presentations, brochures, and company profiles.

Collaborate with external vendors or agencies for design, printing, and media‑related needs.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.

Strong problem‑solving and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Bilingual in Korean and English is required.

Prior experience in procurement, office administration, or a related field is preferred.

The base salary range for this role is between $55,000-$60,000 yearly, and your base salary will depend on your experiences, qualifications, and skills.
