Join a Series B company that is looking for its first Performance Marketing Manager hire in the US. You will own the entire channel strategy, from SEO and Paid Social to Affiliates, in a fast‑paced, B2C e‑commerce environment.

Expertise: Proficiency with core platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads) and tracking tools (GA4, GTM). You’ll ensure top‑notch attribution and build smart dashboards.
Budget Management: Proven ability to efficiently allocate a large budget and present persuasive, data‑driven results to stakeholders (Co‑Founders, GMs, Tech).
