About the Role We are seeking a highly analytical, strategic, and performance‑driven Growth Marketing Manager to lead and scale ESW Beauty’s digital ecosystem across DTC, marketplaces, paid media, and retention channels. This role is ideal for someone who understands the full e‑commerce funnel end‑to‑end, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and knows how to translate data into actionable growth strategies.
As the Growth Marketing Manager, you will own and optimize our performance marketing channels—including Meta, Google, and TikTok Ads—manage our e‑commerce platforms such as Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Faire, and TikTok Shop, and lead lifecycle marketing through Klaviyo. You will collaborate closely with Creative, Sales, and Operations to support product launches, refine customer journeys, analyze conversion funnels, and identify scalable growth opportunities across paid, owned, and earned channels.
Due to the real‑time nature of digital performance, product launches, and platform‑based sales (such as TikTok Shop), this role requires flexibility and is not a traditional 9–5 position. You must be available for weeknight and weekend work as needed for launches, optimizations, campaign shifts, or time‑sensitive opportunities. This position requires both hands‑on execution and strategic thinking to drive revenue growth, improve efficiency, and unlock long‑term customer value.
This role is perfect for someone with 6‑8 years of experience in DTC, growth marketing, or e‑commerce, with a proven track record of managing digital performance channels, optimizing ad spend, and scaling online revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize e‑commerce platforms including Shopify, Amazon, Faire, and TikTok Shop to drive revenue and improve conversion rates
Take full ownership of TikTok Shop performance, from daily management to revenue growth
Develop and execute paid media campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and TikTok, optimizing for customer acquisition cost (CAC), return on ad spend (ROAS), and customer lifetime value (LTV)
Lead email and SMS marketing through Klaviyo, including campaign creation, audience segmentation, automation flows, and A/B testing
Execute and enhance retention marketing strategies, including loyalty, post‑purchase, and reactivation campaigns
Analyze website and funnel performance; lead conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives across product pages, landing pages, and checkout flows
Collaborate with the creative team to brief, test, and iterate on ad creatives, emails, landing pages, and UGC content
Monitor and improve product listings, SEO, advertising strategies, and content for our D2C, Amazon and platforms
Support influencer, affiliate, and UGC programs as part of the broader acquisition and awareness strategy
Own digital marketing budgets and channel forecasting; allocate spend based on performance and growth targets
Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), turning insights into actionable strategies for scaling
Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform channel strategies and product positioning
Partner with Sales and Operations to align promotions, inventory, and launches across all digital channels
Identify and test new channels, features, or tools to unlock additional growth opportunities
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
6-8 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or digital e‑commerce
Proven experience managing DTC growth strategies, including paid ads, marketplaces, and email marketing
Strong technical skills across platforms:
Shopify, Klaviyo, Amazon Seller Central, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Faire, TikTok Shop & Excel
Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding digital growth KPIs, including ROAS, CAC, LTV, and AOV
Ability to analyze data, synthesize insights, and apply learnings quickly
Experience with A/B testing and CRO best practices
Strong project management, time management, and cross‑functional communication skills
Creative, self‑motivated, and excited to thrive in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment
Experience with influencer or affiliate marketing programs is a plus
Must be available for in‑office collaboration at our NJ location and needed in‑person events such as photoshoots, events, comp shopping, etc.

Compensation: $90K + performance bonus
Location: Hybrid — must be based in the NJ/NYC area and able to commute to our New Jersey office (when requested)
