Position Summary This position is responsible for increasing and maintaining player frequency and the development of new Asian casino customers.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Attract business from existing customers to increase trip frequency and invite patrons to events
Identify and greet guests in pit and slot areas, providing complimentary services as required
Promote Asian and casino events
Handle internal and external calls, customer reservations, and customer complaints
Obtain information on new guests and issue Momentum cards, explaining membership benefits
Remain visible on the casino floor
Offer and issue comps and event tickets to qualified customers
Maintain and respect confidentiality of marketing programs, guest information, and databases
Secondary Duties and Responsibilities
Perform telemarketing duties using the Telemarketing software
Assist with internal department translations as needed
Minimum Education and Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
At least two years of experience in the service industry involving extensive customer contact
Fluent in English and at least one dialect of Chinese, Korean, or Vietnamese, with an understanding of Asian culture
Competencies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multi‑task and adhere to deadlines
Ability to make sound judgment calls related to comps
Ability to remain in control in stressful or high‑pressure situations
Excellent negotiation and reasoning skills
Ability to interact with large and small groups in a highly professional manner
Adaptable and open to new ideas and changes
Demonstrates consistent politeness and a positive attitude toward guests
Training Requirements
Knowledge of VIP Lounge software, ACSC, SharePoint, FPR, LMS, Rainmaker, Salesforce, and group messaging systems
Knowledge of department policies and procedures
Physical Demands and Work Environment
Must be able to work in a casino environment with smoke, loud noises, and low lighting
Carry a communication device and respond to off‑hours communications for 24/7 service
Must be able to work various shifts, flexible hours, and holidays
