Job Summary:

The Senior Content Manager leads the development and execution of a comprehensive content strategy that supports our Commercial Health Plan, Medicare Advantage Plan, Accountable Care Organization (ACO), Primary Care Medicare group, and Value‑Based Care partnerships. The role creates high‑impact, audience‑centric content across digital and traditional channels to drive engagement, education, and growth. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and hands‑on creator who understands the nuances of healthcare marketing and can leverage AI tools and marketing automation platforms to enhance efficiency and personalization.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage a multi‑channel content strategy aligned with Prominence Health’s business goals and brand voice.

Lead ideation, writing, editing, and production of content including web pages, email campaigns, social media, brochures, video scripts, and internal communications.

Use AI tools to generate, optimize, and personalize content at scale.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Product, Sales, Clinical, and Compliance to ensure content accuracy and alignment.

Manage and maintain editorial calendars for all business lines and digital platforms.

Ensure SEO best practices are applied to all digital content.

Oversee and mentor a team of content creators and freelancers.

Utilize platforms such as Marketo, Salesforce, Adobe Creative Suite, and other marketing technologies to automate workflows and measure performance.

Monitor content performance metrics and adjust strategies based on data insights.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field (Master’s preferred)

8+ years in content creation and strategy, preferably in healthcare or insurance

3+ years managing a team

Experience with Medicare Advantage, Commercial Health Plans, or Value‑Based Care preferred

Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling abilities

Proficiency in AI content tools and marketing automation platforms

Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment

Collaborative and innovative mindset
