About the Role We’re seeking an experienced
Interior Designer
to join our Dallas team and lead residential design projects from concept through completion. The ideal candidate is confident in front of clients, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple high‑end projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all phases of design — from concept and selections to documentation and installation.
Conduct client meetings and design presentations with professionalism and confidence.
Create design boards, budgets, and documentation for client review and approval.
Coordinate with architects, builders, and vendors to ensure design intent is executed accurately.
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and internal communication.
Collaborate with team members across architecture, design, and construction.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field.
Minimum 3 years of professional residential design experience.
Proven ability to lead client meetings and manage full-scale projects.
Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and vendor sourcing.
Excellent communication, organization, and presentation skills.
Collaborative mindset with strong attention to detail.
