What You’ll Bring
NJ P.E. required or the ability to obtain it (E.I.T. required).
10+ years of hands‑on civil/site experience.
Solid background in New Jersey land development and site design, including stormwater management, grading, erosion & sediment control, utilities.
Navigating permitting with NJDEP and municipal agencies.
Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, HydroCAD, or equivalent stormwater design tools.
Strong communication skills with a commitment to quality and accountability.
Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously.
A team‑oriented mindset, with the confidence to work independently when needed.
What You’ll Do
Oversee and design a variety of multi‑use, residential, commercial, and institutional land development projects from concept through final approval.
Lead the local municipal approval process, ensuring smooth coordination and timely submissions.
Manage and develop full site designs including stormwater systems, grading, erosion & sediment control plans, utility layouts, and regulatory research.
Prepare concept plans, detailed site plans, subdivision plans, engineering reports, and stormwater management documentation.
Serve as the primary point of contact, maintaining ongoing communication with clients, contractors, sub‑consultants, and internal team members.
