This role is ideal for recent graduates with a strong interest in digital design, automation, and collaborative project delivery. Your key duties:* Troubleshooting and technical support to project teams in developing and managing BIM models using Revit* Participate in the input of geometry and data into BIM models* Develop and maintain Revit content libraries through the creation of families and learning documentation standards* Contribute to the development and maintenance of internal BIM standards and templates* QA pre issue and QA post issue construction documents to ensure they uphold Buro Happold’s design standards* Engage with cloud-based collaboration platforms such as Autodesk Construction Cloud* Assist in training and mentoring team members in BIM and computational design tools* Develop automated solutions to augment and enhance our BIM processes* Contribute to our open-source coding platform BHoM (bhom.xyz)* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across a global practice* Actively review emerging technologies and industry wide BIM design applications* Ensure compliance with industry standards including ISO 19650* Participate in EDI and OH&S initiatives to promote a safe and inclusive workplace.#### Your skills and experienceThis role will require the following:* A bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture, engineering or construction management* Familiarity with BIM modelling software such as Revit* Interest and/or experience in visual programming (Dynamo, Grasshopper), coding (Python, C#)* Ability to communicate thoughts and technical ideas in an accessible manner* Eagerness to learn and work as part of a multidisciplinary team* Strong written and verbal communication skills* Ability to communicate thoughts and technical ideas in an accessible manner* Eagerness to learn and work as part of a multidisciplinary team#### #### What we offer:* Salary range of $77,000 to $80,000.
