Position Summary We are looking for an experienced

Amazon Ads Manager

to lead the Sponsored Ads and DSP strategy across Conair’s beauty businesses of Conair and BaByliss Pro. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Amazon's advertising ecosystem and a passion for driving performance through data-driven strategies. This role will collaborate closely with internal teams and our external agency partner to align advertising initiatives with overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Amazon Advertising Strategy: Develop and own the end-to-end strategy for Amazon Sponsored Ads, DSP display, and video campaigns, partnering with the agency for hands‑on execution.

Drive Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with brand, sales, and e-commerce teams to align advertising plans with product launches, promotional calendars, national media activations, and overarching business goals.

Analyze & Optimize Performance: Monitor and interpret campaign data (impressions, clicks, conversions, CPC, ROAS) to identify trends, uncover actionable insights, and drive ongoing optimizations to maximize ROI.

Creative Strategy for Amazon: Partner with brand teams to develop Amazon‑specific creative assets for both onsite and offsite campaigns, ensuring alignment with launches, seasonal moments, and brand guidelines.

Leverage Platforms & Tools: Utilize Amazon tools (Advertising Console, DSP, AMC, Brand Analytics) and third‑party platforms (Pacvue, Skai) for reporting and analysis.

Report & Communicate Insights: Deliver clear performance updates, insights, and optimization recommendations to cross‑functional partners on a regular basis.

Innovate & Test: Pilot new ad formats, placements, and targeting approaches to expand reach, improve conversion, and capitalize on emerging opportunities.

Partner with Amazon: Work closely with Amazon account teams to incorporate category insights, competitive analysis, and beta opportunities into campaign strategies.

Stay Ahead of Trends: Maintain expert knowledge of Amazon advertising trends, tools, policies, and best practices, bringing fresh ideas and strategies to the team.

Qualifications/Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Strong understanding of Amazon's ad ecosystem, retail media landscape, and reporting capabilities.

Proficient in data analysis & performance tracking. Experience with campaign management platforms Pacvue / Skai.

Proven track record of managing and optimizing Amazon advertising campaigns.

Proficiency with CMS platforms and digital asset management tools.

Detail‑oriented, highly analytical, and performance‑driven.

Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross‑functional teams.

Environmental Factors

Working conditions are normal for an office environment.

Must be able to sit for extended periods of time.

Must be able to use a computer keyboard and view a monitor for extended periods of time.

Preference is employee resides in Stamford CT tri‑state area.

This role requires on‑site presence in our Stamford CT office 4 times per month.
