Job Title Sales & Marketing Representative (Entry Level)
Job Type Full‑time
Pay $40,000 – $100,000 per year (top commissions)
Schedule & Office
Monday – Friday 9am – 4pm
First Friday ArtWalk
Historic downtown office with boutique shops and award‑winning restaurants
Responsibilities
Partner with seasoned professionals and earn top commissions by placing clients into apartments.
Use a high‑volume prospecting pipeline produced by our website (314–527 new leads monthly) – no 0% cold calling.
Build long‑term client relationships and become a trusted referral partner.
Qualifications
Enthusiastic, growth‑oriented sales personality (aggressive but friendly).
No prior real estate experience required – 5+ years of senior agents started with no background.
Strong communication skills and a service‑focused mindset.
