Job Title:
Social Media & Influencer Manager
A multi-brand beauty company with a growing portfolio is seeking a Social Media & Influencer Manager to lead the strategy, execution, and growth of its social media presence across all platforms. This role is responsible for building brand awareness, strengthening community engagement, and driving measurable impact through compelling, platform-first storytelling.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and hands‑on executor with social expertise and a passion for building brands. You’ll partner closely with Director of Marketing and Content, to ensure social content is fully integrated into broader marketing initiatives.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Social and Influencer Strategy: Lead the overall social and influencer strategy across all platforms, including content planning, positioning, and execution in support of brand and business goals. Partner with the Digital Designer to translate strategy into high-quality branded feed assets and visual storytelling.
Influencer Management & Partnerships: Own paid and organic influencer programs with a focus on micro‑influencers, creators, and long‑term brand advocates, including sourcing, relationship management, contracting, and campaign execution.
Campaign Planning & Execution: Plan and execute social and influencer campaigns aligned to brand initiatives, product launches, seasonal moments, and key cultural opportunities.
Content Sourcing & Copy: Lead content development across social channels, including writing on‑brand copy, sourcing UGC, and managing influencer‑created content from brief through delivery.
Content Creation: Occasionally create and capture social content as needed, including short‑form video, stories, and lightweight UGC‑style assets, with comfort shooting and editing content in fast‑turn, social‑first environments.
Calendars & Workflow Management: Develop and maintain social and influencer calendars to ensure alignment across campaigns, launches, and ongoing storytelling.
Community & Engagement: Drive community engagement and audience growth through creator relationships, ongoing interaction, and meaningful social storytelling.
Performance & Optimization: Monitor social and influencer KPIs, analytics, and audience sentiment; share insights and continuously optimize strategy and execution.
Experiential & Activations: Support and manage social‑first experiential moments, including influencer events, virtual activations, and in‑person brand experiences.
Trends & Competitive Landscape: Stay current on social platforms, influencer trends, emerging tools, and competitor activity, proactively applying insights to strategy.
Education & Experience
4 — 6 years of experience in social media, influencer marketing, or brand marketing, preferably within beauty, personal care, or consumer packaged goods.
Proven experience leading organic social and influencer programs, including content strategy, creator partnerships, and campaign execution.
Strong understanding of social performance metrics and analytics, with hands‑on experience using tools such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Sprout Social, Klaviyo, or equivalent platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write on‑brand copy and present creative and performance insights clearly.
Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns, creators, and timelines in a fast‑paced environment.
Collaborative mindset with experience partnering cross‑functionally with designers, copywriters, marketing, and production teams.
