Non-Human Identity security , offering end‑to‑end solutions from secrets detection in code to remediation, observability and proactive prevention of leaks. Over 600 000 developers worldwide use our platform.
Mission Build and test new programs while scaling existing ones. Improve our MQL‑to‑meeting rate and source new opportunities for Sales. Launch the new non‑human identity security product line and partner long‑term with Sales leaders to drive pipeline growth.
Day‑to‑day partners: 1 Marketing Operations manager, 1 GTM Engineer, 10 US‑based Account Executives. Report to Orian, Marketing Director.
Success after 90 days
Own a successful webinar program, leveraging the content team and BDR networks.
Partner with local sales teams to create pipeline through vertical outbound campaigns.
Test new channels and build knowledge of what works best to generate pipeline in the US for our ICPs.
Day‑to‑day responsibilities
Collaborate closely with design and PMM teams to deliver campaigns, with ops to measure results, and with sales for lead activation.
Plan and execute multi‑channel demand generation programs across paid channels, webinars, events, associations (e.g., ISACs), and ABM initiatives.
Nurture and manage external agencies and freelancers while overseeing program budgets to optimize cost per opportunity.
Develop and manage campaigns targeting technical champions and business decision‑makers across industry verticals.
Partner with sales and BDR teams to ensure smooth lead activation and create playbooks for outbound campaigns.
Tech stack: HubSpot, Customer.io, Lemlist, Clay, and Livestorm.
Who You Are
Hands‑on expertise: directly owned and managed technical demand generation programs, expert in SEA, SMA, email marketing, webinars, or ABM.
Program management: managed freelancers or agencies and directly owned a budget; track record of cross‑functional collaboration.
Multi‑target campaign experience: run campaigns targeting varied audiences with ICP‑level personalization.
Prior experience in Cybersecurity or DevOps markets: bonus for early‑stage IAM or DevSecOps vendor ABM campaigns.
Data‑driven mindset: present campaign results and optimize based on metrics that matter.
Nice to Have
Messaging & copywriting skills for outbound copy.
Customer marketing experience: review collection or customer marketing ownership.
Sales playbook development: built playbooks or campaign libraries for BDR teams.
AI adoption capability: comfortable leveraging AI tools.
French language skills.
Interview Process
Video call with Talent Acquisition.
Team interview with future manager.
Business case presentation.
Final interview with the CMO.
