Job Title: User Experience Designer

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
4 years of interaction design experience in product design or UX design.
Experience with project management, cross‑functional collaboration, and influencing stakeholders.
A portfolio link showcasing exceptional craft and experience designing and leading mobile and tablet product software or services.
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in Design, Human‑Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience working in a cross‑functional organization.
1 year of experience leading design projects.
Experience with navigating ambiguity to ship features at scale, and working cross‑functionally.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and cross‑functional stakeholders to understand requirements and provide creative, thoughtful solutions.
Communicate the user experience at various stages of the design process with wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, mockups, or high‑fidelity prototypes.
Integrate user feedback and business requirements into ongoing product experience updates.
Advocate for the prioritization of design‑centred changes, refinements, and improvements.
Drive multiple projects simultaneously and semi‑independently with high volume output.
Compensation The US base salary range for this full‑time position is $129,000–$185,000, plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Salary within the range is determined by role, level, and location.
