Founding Product Marketer

Compensation:

$150k–$250k base + equity

About the Role This is a

zero‑to‑one

Product Marketing role where you will define the voice, narrative, and market position of an emerging AI category. You will be the architect behind messaging, storytelling, and full‑funnel GTM strategy translating cutting‑edge AI capabilities into simple, compelling narratives that resonate with customers.

You will work directly with founders, influence product direction, experiment rapidly across channels, and build the marketing engine from scratch. Expect deep ownership, high visibility, and the opportunity to shape how an entirely new category in AI recruiting is understood.

What You’ll Own

Craft crisp messaging and positioning that defines the product and its category.

Build website copy, landing pages, and narratives across all customer touchpoints.

Develop GTM strategies for product launches, feature rollouts, and vertical expansions.

Partner closely with founders to shape storytelling for demos, pitches, and events.

Create sales enablement: pitch decks, battlecards, ROI narratives, and competitive insights.

Lead experiments across email, social, content, and early field marketing channels.

Distill customer conversations and interview insights into product recommendations.

Requirements

4–10 years of experience in Product Marketing or Growth Marketing in B2B SaaS.

Demonstrated ownership of messaging, positioning, and GTM for technical products.

Strong writing ability, able to turn complexity into resonant, simple storytelling.

Experience supporting sales teams with killer decks, talk tracks, and battlecards.

Evidence of scrappiness: startup experience, side projects, or building from zero.

Curiosity about AI and hunger to keep up with fast‑moving developments.

Comfortable working 5 days on‑site in a high‑speed, founder‑driven environment.
