Senior Manager, Corporate Communications — Salesforce Salesforce is hiring an experienced, technical, and creative communications professional to support Slack, the agentic operating system for the Agentic Enterprise. This isn’t just a product comms role; it’s a narrative leadership opportunity. You will craft the compelling perception of how Slack brings together humans, agents, apps, and data into the flow of work, translating complex AI, data, and platform technologies into agenda-setting stories for top-tier media. The ideal candidate understands the enterprise technology landscape and can partner with senior executives across business, marketing, and product teams to define strategies and drive results that set Salesforce apart. Lead communications programs for Slack, aligning them with the overarching Salesforce narrative and business objectives. Serve as a trusted partner to senior executives and stakeholders across Slack Product, Marketing, and the broader Salesforce organization. Land agenda-setting stories that advance corporate goals. Identify and drive media opportunities that showcase Slack as the agentic OS for the enterprise. Translate complex product features (AI, agents, data, workflows) into clear, compelling narratives for external audiences. Coordinate complex, high-visibility announcements for Slack, ensuring messaging alignment and maximizing impact. Oversee and provide direction to external PR agency, ensuring its efforts are ambitious, aligned with objectives, and deliver measurable results. Required Skills / Experience
10+ years of experience in communications or public relations, preferably in enterprise technology. Deep understanding of AI, data, and platform technologies with the ability to become a subject-matter expert. Proven media relations expertise with strong relationships in business and tech-focused press. Executive presence with ability to counsel senior leaders, partners, and top-tier reporters. Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft executive-level messaging and translate complex concepts into human-centered stories. Strong judgment, adaptability, and ability to shift strategies as priorities change; build consensus across multiple groups. Collaborative, proactive, and willing to support the broader communications team as needed. About Salesforce
