Studio Manager – Full-time Perspire is on a mission to bring the benefits of infrared saunas to communities in a friendly, comfortable, spa‑like atmosphere. We’re seeking a full‑time studio manager to join our leadership team in Atlanta, Ga. If you are positive, self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and love helping others feel their best, this is the perfect job for you.

Offer

Competitive salary base of $50,000 - $60,000

Our studio managers make $70,000+ annually with bonuses and commissions

Unlimited PTO after 90 days (Yes, we encourage it!)

We are always CLOSED on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Easter, and Thanksgiving Day

Schedule This is a full‑time role,

required to be scheduled at the studio 40 hours per week . Studio Managers are required to work 2 weekend shifts per month. Exact work hours will depend on your team needs and may shift from week‑to‑week. However, the Studio Manager has control and flexibility over their team scheduling and is encouraged to create a schedule that works for them + the studio!

Job Summary The

Studio Manager

sets the tone in the studio and sees excellence as the only acceptable result of the team’s efforts. They direct, motivate, inspire, and influence the studio team with functional leadership toward studio goals. The Studio Manager will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable and consistent experience during every visit through effective operations management and Perspire Sauna Studio team oversight.

Responsibilities

Maintaining an engaged, productive team through strong leadership, demonstrating initiative, and leading by example

Bringing positive, team‑first energy and helping make Perspire Sauna Studio an exceptional place to work

Attracting, hiring, and retaining a diverse team of top talent

Training, coaching, and developing team members

Scheduling team members to maximize productivity and workload

Leading the team with strong Membership Sales. This is measured with conversion percentage and sales performance charts

Manage any necessary disciplinary actions involving underperforming studio employees

Resolving any guest complaints or membership issues with the highest level of customer service

Promoting the benefits of IR Saunas and the value of having a Perspire Sauna Studio Membership to guests

Ensuring that all front desk systems are followed such as proper member check‑in, telephone inquiries (general and sales related), consent forms, studio tours, delinquent account procedures, and new membership agreements.

Performing studio inspections to ensure facility operation standards are met and all equipment is functioning properly

Finding local B2B opportunities and setting up monthly marketing pop‑ups

Qualifications

Team player with strong leadership and supervisory skills

Results‑driven and motivated to meet or exceed sales targets

Ability and willingness to roll up your sleeves, tackle problems, and always find a solution

Poise, tact, and diplomacy when interacting with dissatisfied guests

Passionate about health and wellness

Excellent interpersonal skills to ensure clear, effective communication with all guests and team members

Consistently show a positive attitude & take responsibility for your own actions

Strong collaboration, organizational, and prioritization skills

The ability to work a full‑time schedule that includes some weekends
