Primary Responsibilities
Develop and execute SEO strategies for all company websites.
Improve site speed, structure, metadata, schema, and on-page performance.
Conduct ongoing keyword research and competitive analysis.
Build content calendars and coordinate content execution.
Monthly rankings, insights, and reporting.
SEM / Paid Ads
Create and manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, retargeting, and performance campaigns.
Optimize ROAS, quality scores, CPC, CTR, and funnel conversions.
Build landing pages designed for high-conversion traffic.
Track conversions across Shopify, Rezdy, FareHarbor, and custom funnels.
Web Development
Manage and maintain all company websites (Shopify, WordPress, etc.).
Handle updates, speed optimization, hosting, and backend integrations.
Build new landing pages, microsites, and campaign pages.
Implement tracking pixels, analytics, and automation.
Analytics & Reporting
Maintain dashboards across Google Analytics, Search Console, and Tag Manager.
Provide weekly performance reports with actionable recommendations.
Forecast revenue impact from SEO/SEM strategy adjustments.
Cross-Company Digital Support
Work directly with leadership every day.
Full ownership of digital strategy across 10+ brands.
Clear future path to run in-house SEO/SEM firm as we add outside clients.

Required Skills & Experience
2–5+ years SEO/SEM and web management experience.
Strong understanding of technical SEO, keyword strategy, crawlability, and site structure.
Experience managing Google Ads & Meta Ads.
Working development skills (HTML, CSS, JS, Shopify Liquid preferred).
Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
Highly organized, self-driven, and able to manage multiple brands.
Preferred Experience
Advanced coding ability (Liquid, JavaScript, PHP).
Tourism, hospitality, or retail experience.
Agency or client-account management background.
Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or email automation knowledge.
