Franklin Sports, Inc. is looking to add a hands-on Manager, Creative with a strategic mindset to our creative team. This position will bridge the gap between strategic vision and the execution of creative work, ensuring that projects are both innovative and effective. This position will directly manage the internal studio team composed of photo and video while providing additional leadership to the social, digital, and brand art teams. This role will partner with the Creative Director to usher in both day-to-day creative tasks while visioning the future of the Franklin brand. The ideal candidate needs to have knowledge of our industry, experience managing digital media teams and resources as well as be well versed in the current marketing trends and industry standards. We are looking for someone who has moved through the variety of roles in creative departments, has video and photography and design experience and has proven leadership experience of a small team. This position is located at our headquarters in Stoughton MA and will report to the Director, Creative. In More Detail, You Will

Lead, coach, manage, and train the internal photo and video team and manage studio. Produce and direct product-specific and brand-level photo and video shoots. Management of external vendors and implementing new resources as needed. Work with the larger creative team to produce new ideas for company branding, promotional campaigns, and marketing communications. Evaluate trends, assess new data and keep up to date with the latest marketing and digital media techniques. Create and implement tailored creative plans based on individual project requirements. Direct brainstorming meetings and creative sessions with team as well as Product Management on a project basis. Shape brand standards and create procedures to ensure all media output is brand appropriate. Work closely with the Creative Director and creative leadership team in the development of department SOPs and workflow management tools. Manages the department’s daily workflow, assign project workload, and monitor deadlines. Assist clients and other departments in resolving issues by responding to questions in a timely and professional manner. Travel including overnight stays is required. Escalate problems as needed to higher level internal support and/or vendor support. Other duties as required. Education And/Or Experience

Bachelor’s degree required. 7+ years of work experience with a minimum of 5 years of industry experience. Prior management of small team is required. Skills And Abilities

Strong understanding of Adobe Creative Suite Exposure to the sporting goods industry or media content/marketing creation preferred. Proven management experience Ability to grasp new technology and assimilate into an existing environment Highly driven and motivated Must be a creative and strategic thinker Excellent written and verbal communication skills Extremely detail oriented Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Advanced computer user skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Adobe Creative Cloud) Willingness and ability to travel via car, plane or train including overnight stays as needed Valid driver license in good standing Ability to manage multiple priorities Ability to work well under pressure and able to work cross functionally with all levels in and outside of the organization Level Of Responsibility

For this role, the pay range is $102,000– $128,000 annually, which is what we reasonably expect to offer when filling the position. Your actual offer will depend on things like your experience, skills, and what you bring to the team.
