Base pay range: $51,000 - $93,000 per year, commensurate with experience and skills.

Marketing Specialist Responsibilities

Provide marketing support to firm leadership across market sectors.

Lead the creation and pursuit strategy of effective proposals, presentations, and other documents that adhere to LPA brand standards.

Produce high‑quality marketing materials in terms of accuracy, messaging, content, and compliance.

Develop a variety of formats, from technical documents to visual narratives.

Research opportunities, markets, and clients, then synthesize information to support strategic decision‑making and pursuit strategy.

Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field (preferred).

2–5 years of professional experience in marketing or business development.

Experience in A/E/C industry is preferred.

Excellent written, graphic, and organizational skills.

Requirements

High proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign (everyday fluency required).

High proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Knowledge of CRM and digital asset management systems; experience with Dynamics 365 is a plus.

Ability to manage the end‑to‑end pursuit process, including reading and responding to RFPs and proposals.

Broad experience in technical writing/editing and business development.

Thrives in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment and can handle multiple deadlines under pressure.

Strong attention to detail and creative problem‑solving skills.
