Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Entry Level Marketing Associate at BatCity. The Marketing Associate will be responsible for various day‑to‑day tasks, which may include communication with customers, conducting market research, assisting with sales initiatives, participating in marketing campaigns, and managing projects. The Marketing Associate will play a vital role in implementing and executing marketing strategies to drive business growth.
Marketing Associate Duties
Work with our sales and marketing team to develop effective marketing strategies
Utilize marketing techniques and strategies to increase customer acquisitions
Increase retention via successful marketing presentations
Coach, train and encourage junior team members
Maintain a positive and competitive workplace atmosphere
Interact with clients on a one‑to‑one basis
Marketing Associate Requirements
Background in Marketing, Public Relations, Sales, or Communications
A creative mindset is a plus!
Works well in a fast‑paced team environment
Must be goal oriented
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills are required
Minimum Associates Degree or three years relevant experience
Candidates may be subject to background screening
