Responsibilities
Assisting residents and families with the move‑in process
Completing all admission paperwork and documentation
Providing facility tours to potential residents and families
Managing and responding to referrals in a timely manner
Conducting community outreach to support census growth
Handling insurance verification and pre‑certifications
Qualifications
Previous admissions experience in a healthcare or long‑term care setting required
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a healthcare environment (preferred)
Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
