What You'll Do
Create compelling designs using 20/20 and CAD tools.
Conduct consultations with homeowners, designers, builders.
Develop detailed project proposals.
Manage projects from design to installation.
Build and cultivate trade relationships.
Maintain product expertise.
Achieve sales targets.
Collaborate across teams.
Qualifications
3+ years of kitchen and bath design experience.
Proficiency in CAD (20/20, Chief Architect).
Deep product knowledge of cabinetry, countertops, fixtures.
Project management skills with multiple projects.
Customer-first mindset.
Relationship building skills.
Strong communication skills.
Proactive problem solving.
Professional attitude and team player.
Pay 60,000 - 83,000 USD per year (US)
